FRUSTRATION OF THINKING
It is possible to judge infringements of thinking in the certain degree on appearance: clothes, ornaments, a make-up, strange movements, views. As a rule people with the broken thinking productive: draw much, compose, write. But the doctor - psychiatrist receives the basic information, certainly, at immediate verbal contact to the patient. Forms of frustration of thinking:
- Infringements of rate of thinking. Acceleration, retardation, thoroughness, shperrung. The thinking is accelerated at a hypomania, at maniacal patients. Retardation - downstroke of quantity of associations in unit of time. Frequently it happens at depressions - semantic and motor block (thinking as " millstones of a mill ").
- Infringement of purposefulness of thinking.
- Infringement of harmony of thinking: the incoherence, "burst" thinking, rezonerstvro, differenthinking;
- Infringements of thinking on efficiency:
- supervaluable ideas;
- obsessions;
- delirium.
Supervaluable idea- idea which dominates over thinking of the patient. In norm is, for example, love. Supervalue is an especial attitude to the certain events, people. For the philatelist, for example, supervalue will be brands. There can be a supervaluable idea of jealousy and delirium of jealousy (it is necessary to differentiate, that, it is frequent, difficult). The supervaluable idea is shaped on the basis of real events and takes a dominating place in thinking, changes a drawing of behaviour though the outlook does not vary. Under favorable conditions - the supervaluable idea becomes irrelevant. The supervaluable idea gives in to correction from the outside or from within. It can be transformed to paranoica delirium. Any supervaluable idea leaves a trace in a subconscious mind and at occurrence of a similar case rough reaction is caused.
The supervaluable idea of hypochiondrial character - is adverse, as causes a projection of illnesses to.
Obsessionsarise consensually. The patient understands absurd of a situation, but the idea arises irrespective of his desire or unwillingness. These ideas borrow a leading position in consciousness of the patient, it is impossible to get rid of them any way. Obsessional conditions can be two levels: psychotic and neurotic.
At neurotic obtrusivenesses the phobic logic has the real maintenance, and at psychotic - obsessional pavors of unreal things
