2. Studying of clinic, an etiopathogenesis, current and an outcome of mental diseases.
3. Studying of an epidemiology of alienations.
4. Research of influence of medicines on a pathomorphism of mental diseases.
5. Development of methods of treatment of a mental pathology.
6. Development of ways of an aftertreatment of patients with mental diseases.

Endurances from the law of the Russian Federation " About the psychiatric help and guarantees of the rights of citizens at its rendering " (1.01.93)

1. the Persons, suffering alienations, have all rights and freedom of the citizens stipulated by the constitution of the Russian Federation.
2. All people, suffering alienations, at rendering of the psychiatric help by him have the right on: the valid attitude to them …, etc.

Clause 28.the Basis for hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital are:

• presence at the person of an alienation and the decision of the doctor - psychiatrist on carrying out of inspection and treatment in stationary conditions, or the decision of the judge;
• necessity of carrying out of psychiatric (judicial - psychiatric) examination.

Clause 29.the Bases for hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital in not voluntary order.

The person, suffering an alienation, can be hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital without his consent up to the decision of the judge if his inspection or treatment are possible only in stationary conditions, and the alienation is serious and causes:

• his immediate danger to or associates;
• his feebleness (that is disability independently to satisfy the basic vital needs);
• essential harm to his health owing to deterioration of a mental condition if the person will be left without the psychiatric help.
