THE THIRD " ALARM SYSTEM "The role of the central nervous system as most important frame in realization of responses of an organism on action of environmental factors is well-known. Anatomicheski the discharged, physiologically organized receptors of vision, audition, heat, a cold, taste, an odour, etc. allow to accept such influences, to transform them to an intrinsic signal which, being elementary enough (nervous impulse) nevertheless, generates all variety of processes of vital activity of an organism. At the same time regulating value of nervous system does not concern simultaneously all tissues and cells of an organism whereas continuous dialogue with environmental factors demands constant korrigirovanija simultaneously all cells of an organism which processes of self-procreation go with various rate, but always synchronously with each other according to carried out work.
